For Season 3 of Mayor of Kingstown, I was tasked with creating a full set of 17 character cards using only existing photography.

There wasn't a custom photoshoot or a library of polished character portraits to pull from, so a large part of the work became figuring out how much we could improve the images we already had.

This was my first time handling photo retouching and enhancement at this scale. Working closely with creative director Monchaya Ngaolertloy, I refined lighting, added depth, retouched skin, and cleaned up the portraits before she took them though final color grading.

I also used generative AI where needed to extend images and fill in missing areas that weren't captured in the original photography.

The result was a full set of character cards that felt much more polished than the source material we started with, without requiring an additional shoot.
